Richard Bendekovic - Security Leader
Richard Bendekovic is a senior security and investigative professional with more than 25 years of experience mitigating risk, countering complex threats, and leading high-impact security and investigative programs. His career spans senior roles in both the public and private sectors, including a distinguished tenure with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), where he served domestically and internationally in Miami, Colombia, New York, Italy, and Spain, concluding his service as Section Chief for the Office of Security Programs. In the private sector, Mr. Bendekovic served as an Account Executive with NTT DATA Services, applying deep investigative and security expertise alongside business-focused leadership in budgeting, client engagement, and operational delivery, with a proven ability to align security strategy with enterprise objectives.

J. Thomas Bendekovic - Security Leader
J. Thomas Bendekovic brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across corporate security and law enforcement. His career includes serving as Director of Global Security for a Fortune 500 company, Regional Security Manager for a Fortune 100 company overseeing the U.S. and Latin America, and Executive Manager for Law Enforcement Operations and Investigations. Mr. Bendekovic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the premier executive training institute for law enforcement leaders. A member of ASIS International since 1982, he has held the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation with distinction for more than 30 years.
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the development and implementation of compliance-based security programs, including enterprise risk and vulnerability assessments, workplace violence prevention initiatives, auditing, and professional training.
